Package Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping bag or a durable alternative.
Print and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
